You may cancel your Volkano.ai subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have full access to all features and your data until that date. Once the billing period ends, your subscription will be stopped and you will not be charged for any future periods.

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you'll retain access for the remainder of the time you've already paid for.
